Refunds of the fee may be obtained by sending a written request together with a photocopy of the front and back of your canceled registration fee check to:

Refunds will be issued for players who have not participated in any games or practices, have returned the full uniform (in like-new condition) to the team coach, and submitted a written request including the child's name and date of birth to the above address.
REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED BY SEPTEMBER 1ST.
